JS catch on quickly and seems to pay attention always. Sometimes there are still deviations from what I want done vs. what gets done so I have him correct and he does so quickly. We did a session on top 3 we are good at and he and I have similarities. He's creative, inspirational and a learner like me. So yeah if he gets mentored by right people he will go up fast and far.
