Virtual Colony is the brainchild of four dynamic individuals. Like any other regular employee, they have reached the point of exhaustion when commuting to work, battling with the grueling traffic every day and working in a toxic environment. From that, they have often thought to themselves, why not start their own company?

Johnny
Gilbert and Drex worked together in IT before when they decided they wanted a change. With Gilbert’s background in IT and Drex being an insurance agent, licensed in the State of California in the USA, along with Jaypee and Johnny, they all wanted to explore the possibility of having their own company. Thus, in realizing the economic growth that the BPO industry has given the Philippines; the four takes advantage of the flourishing industry. With the same goal in mind, they began planning and materializing of that “What If.” Their struggles prove that by being positive and never doubting themselves, they can accomplish anything and Virtual Colony is born.

Jaypee
On December 2018, in the regional city of Malolos Bulacan, Virtual Colony sets up their office upon realizing that the city has an abundant pool of talented and skilled professionals that are barely exposed to the world. And after only 3 months, they gained their first client. From there they also filled out their office. They are confident that in time they are going to be just that, a colony. They want to grow their colony with people who believe in the future of the company and are trustworthy. With Gilbert, Drex, Jaypee and Johnny’s guidance, they hope to build a collective set of individuals that will be the heart and soul of the company. Complete with hands-on training, hardworking, smart and holds up a world-class standard to better help and assist companies all over the world.
