My experience with Carlo has been great as a colleague, He is very open and readily available to assist with my requests. I don’t have any complaints with his service. There have been updates and errors that we have had to correct but that’s normal. The Insurance knowledge is something that is learned through repetition day in and day out. And I know he is doing a great job retaining all the info he is asked to do. This is just based off my experience with him professionally. JS catch on quickly and seems to pay attention always. Sometimes there are still deviations from what I want done vs. what gets done so I have him correct and he does so quickly. We did a session on top 3 we are good at and he and I have similarities. He’s creative, inspirational and a learner like me. So yeah if he gets mentored by right people he will go up fast and far.
